 This version of the VCDEasy License supersedes any prior versions.
 
 This software was developed delphi.stuff.
 
 BY INSTALLING, COPYING, DISTRIBUTING OR USING "VCDEASY" (THE "PRODUCT"), 
 THE INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY LICENSING THE PRODUCT ("LICENSEE") IS CONSENTING 
 TO BE BOUND BY AND IS BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF LICENSEE 
 DOES NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, LICENSEE MUST NOT 
 INSTALL, COPY, DISTRIBUTE OR USE THE "PRODUCT".
  
 The "product" is FREEWARE, meaning that there is no charge (monetary or 
 otherwise) for its use, even a commercial one. 
 
 Licensees of the "product" (all versions, including any beta versions) 
 must accept this license agreement and the disclaimer.
 
 You (the licensee) may not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise 
 attempt to derive the source code from the "product" except as permitted 
 by applicable law. You may terminate this license agreement at any time 
 provided that you destroy all your copies of the Product. This license 
 will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any part of the 
 agreement, at which time, you must destroy all your copies of the 
 "product". The Author, at any time, may terminate this license agreement. 
 
 Redistribution and use in source forms is strictly forbidden. 
 
 Redistribution and use in binary forms are permitted provided that the 
 following conditions are met:
 
 . Redistributions in binary form must reproduce this license file unchanged
   in the documentation and other materials provided with the distribution. 
 . The original distribution files must not be renamed or modified.
 . All advertising materials mentioning features or use of this software must
   display the following acknowledgement in a location viewable by users: 
   "This product includes VCDEasy, freeware developed by delphi.stuff", 
   or in the case VCDEasy in not included: "VCDEasy, freeware developed

 . Neither the name "VCDEasy" nor "delphi.stuff" may be used to endorse or 
   promote products derived from, using or distributing this "product" without 
   specific prior written permission.
 . For any web distribution a link to 'http://www.vcdeasy.org/' must be added.
 . You must not charge for the "product" itself, VCDEasy is freeware.
 . Commercial distributions of the "product" (via magazines, commercial 
   software packages,...) are strictly forbidden without specific prior written 
   permission, if the price of the distribution (magazine, package,...) is more 
   than US$10 or 10€
 
 Note that VCDEasy distribution files may include, for the user convenience only,
 software that are under GNU GPL (GNU VCDImager, CDRDAO, some MJPEG tools), and 
 the CD-i files from the "New International CD-i Association" (I have an 
 agreement from Jorg Kennis). Of course, this VCDEasy license does not apply 
 to them, and they have their own license.
 
 THIS PRODUCT IS PROVIDED BY THE AUTHOR "AS IS" AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED 
 WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF 
 MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO 
 EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, 
 EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT
